In a saturated real estate market, Jonathan Roberts Realty wanted to find and connect with a niche of buyers and sellers not currently being served well by the market. With a reputation of high integrity and small-town, agent-focused services, Jonathan Roberts Realty’s marketing and branding would need to connect with an underserved market segment – one that would be fit nicely with Jonathan Roberts Realty’s business capabilities, character, and vision of a less corporate environment.

Some of the more general ones were how the most engaging firms offered a unique, personalized value proposition to clients right away, how there was a market for established real estate firms offering a boutique experience, and how meaningful agent engagement didn’t happen early enough in the process.
